It’s back! Our annual FitFlop #30For30 challenge is here once again and ready to inspire you to get moving into the New Year.
How does the challenge work? It’s simple. From 2nd-31st January (yes, we’re giving you New Year’s Day to gear yourself up), we’re encouraging you to get in just 30 minutes of movement each day.
That could be anything from walking, jumping, skipping, dancing or maybe you’re trying to beat last year’s 5K personal best. All forms of activity count, as long as you’re moving! The benefits for your body and mind are tenfold, especially when doing the challenge in your favourite pair of FitFlop shoes.
Plus, if you share your #30For30 journey with us (send us your pictures and videos via Instagram, tagging @fitflop), you could be in with a chance to win a pair of shoes at the end of the month.

#30for30 COMPETITION RULES (“Competition”)
The Competition is subject to the terms and conditions below and supplemented by FitFlop’s website terms and conditions (“Website Terms and Conditions”).
1. The Competition is valid from 9:00am (GMT) 2nd January 2025 – 23:59pm (GMT) 31st January 2025.
2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: To enter you have to:
be a resident in the UK or USA;
be over the age of 18 years old;
post still images or videos in your Instagram feed of you taking part in the #30for30 challenge (stories will not be counted) at least once over the month of January 2025;
you must tag @fitflop and use the hashtag #30For30; and
your posts must be from a public account.
3. The Competition shall not be applicable to FitFlop employees, their families, agent or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition.
4. Entries after the stated closing date above will not be accepted.
5. FitFlop accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, are incomplete, lost, delayed or misdirected for any other reason.
6. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry and FitFlop reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize(s) to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. FitFlop also reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
7. A maximum of thirty (30) winners (the “Winner/s) will be chosen by a random draw performed by an independent third party website on or around 4th February 2025.
8. The Winner/s will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram and the Winner/s shall individually receive via a promotional code for one (1) pair of FitFlop shoes of their choice from the FitFlop website (including free shipping). THE PROMOTIONAL CODE IS SINGLE USE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
9. The promotional code is valid for one order only. The Winner/s shall not be permitted to re-use the promotional code. If the order exceeds the value of the prize (i.e. the Winner/s has ordered two pairs of shoes on one order) the Winner/s shall have to pay the balance.
10. The promotional code is valid for sixty (60) days from the date the Direct Message with the promotional code was sent. If the Winner/s do not use the promotional code by the end of the validity date, the promotional code will expire and the Winner/s right to the prize will be considered forfeited. It is FitFlop’s sole discretion to replace any lost or stolen promotional codes but shall not be held liable if FitFlop choose not to.
11. FitFlop preserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond FitFlop’s control make it necessary to do so and the Winner/s will be notified of this accordingly.
12. The promotional code shall be valid online only, on orders placed on the FitFlop website at www.fitflop.com, and is valid for a FitFlop order and delivery that is placed within the UK or the USA. By ordering on the FitFlop website, the Winner/s shall be bound by the Website Terms and Conditions.
13. The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other FitFlop promotion.
14. The promotional code cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or replaced after expiry.
15. Delivery of an order shall be in accordance with the Website Terms and Conditions. For returns and exchanges, the Winner/s shall have to contact the FitFlop customer care team.
16. FitFlop will have no liability or responsibility for any claims arising out of or in connection with participation in this Program or use of any award.
17. FitFlop’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. FitFlop are obliged to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, FitFlop may have to provide the information and Winner/s details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
19. Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only be processed in line with FitFlop’s Privacy Policy (found on the Website Terms and Conditions). See also condition 9 with regard to the announcement of winners.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be in the exclusive courts of England and Wales.
