Ben Hurst holds many titles to his name: activist, educator, speaker, podcaster and then some. But it’s his work as Director of Facilitation at charity Beyond Equality that crowns his experience. He works to engage men and boys in the gender equality conversation through interactive workshops, encouraging them to re-think masculinity and promote positive personhood.

“When I think about movement, it makes me think of moving people in conversation,” he says. “Good listening is maybe number one, like the most important thing. I think that’s followed by good questions.”
