    Comfortable shoes and superb customer servie

    The shoes are very comfortable and easy to wear without a breaking-in period. But even better was the service. I tried to pay with PayPal and had some difficulty - having to try multiple times before payment went through. I got an email from Andrew at Fit Flop asking about my experience, trying to figure out what had happened. He then offered me a refund for 50% because of my problems with their website. This has never happened when dealing with an online retailer. I was so impressed.

    Overall I have a purchased, boots, slippers, trainers and sandals, even my wellies are fitflop. Suffering from foot pain this is the only brand I can wear with confidence. Fully recommend if you have, or don’t want feet that hurt The website is simple to use and delivery is speedy

    I ordered several pairs of sandals. The order was processed quickly and arrived within about 4 days. One pair didn’t work for me, so I returned them through Fitflops easy return process. I will definitely order from them again.
