• You can still buy all the shoes (and sneakers, sandals, boots, slippers...) you love and place your orders as normal on FitFlop.
• We’ve made sure you have no extra duties/taxes to pay.
• But adjusting to the new Brexit trade arrangements may affect delivery times depending on your location.
Will I have to pay extra costs when my shoes are delivered?
NO!!! You should not be asked to pay any extra duties or taxes when your shoes arrive. (If you are asked for extra payment please email our customer services on info.eu@fitflop.com.)
Will there be delays in delivering my shoes?
We’re working as usual and shipping our shoes as quickly as we can from our UK warehouse. Unfortunately, due to transport situations outside our control, there are currently potential delays to some EU destinations. If this may affect your delivery we’ll notify you as soon as we can. We ask for your patience during this (hopefully short) post-Brexit ‘settling in’ period.
