- The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. Signatures will no longer be required on receipt of delivery. This is to comply with government health and safety directives. DPD will record the name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels. This now forms proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice. - To make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible, if you are not at home when we try to deliver, we might leave your parcel with one of your neighbours. If we do this, we will leave a card stating where the parcel has been left. In case we cannot reach you or your neighbours to deliver your parcel, we will leave a card in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel.
